  • As we discussed, there are easy enhancements we can make to your website to help you serve more customers and sell more products and services. Please review the video and we can then plan to get the work done. Video will come to you via a separate email by close of business Friday, March 29th.


I. Website

  • Implement conversion improvements (low hanging fruit).

  • Update the meta titles and meta descriptions on the site.

  • Implement the FREE Discovery Call Process on the website.

  • Upgrade the virtual call with Dr. Glenn process to take payment and schedule online.

II. New revenue streams

  • Write and send emails to existing account list offering discovery call.

  • Identify products you may want to recommend to patients. These are products you do not sell. You refer people to them and earn a commission when they buy. We need to identify if you want to do this and, if so, what products you are interested in. Look at or for ideas.

  • Develop and implement a plan of action to re-engage past patients that are no longer active. We will create an offer, and an email campaign to re-engage them.

  • Work with you to develop a direction for online learning. We’ll want to identify what you want to teach (some things we’ve done in online learning formats for the cardiologist include Natural Treatment Solutions for High Blood Pressure, Natural Treatment Solutions for AFib and courses around gut health, digestion, IBS, and nutrition) and develop a plan of action to turn the idea into a marketable reality.

III. Miscellaneous

  • Review your marketing analytics to understand what’s been going on.

  • Ensure implementation of proper technology to achieve objectives.

  • Begin content plan for social channels.
